From one anxious babe to another: a printable planner for finding calm within the chaos (and finally getting all that sh*t done).

No more holding a thousand things in your head. No need to save a year’s worth of notes. Each day’s Luminary Planner sheet flows neatly into the next—so nothing is extra and nothing is missed.

Your life is complicated.
Your planner shouldn’t be.

You don’t need one more demand on your time and energy. You need a simple, sustainable way to ease the burden.

The Luminary Planner was created by a single mom who owns a small business and has a heckin’ anxiety disorder. It’s designed to do a lot with minimal effort.

Offload the contents of your brain—and the anxiety that comes with it. Keep all those nagging to-dos in one place (that isn’t your mind palace at 3 o’clock in the morning).

For once, truly own your day. Focus your energy the big things that matter most—without missing the little things that also need to get done.

Actually enjoy your free time. Turn your brain off at the end of the day knowing your planner is holding tomorrow’s worries for you.

Live each day with purpose, no matter what comes your way.

I have often felt ‘along for the ride’ in my own life. If you are neurodivergent, have an anxiety disorder like I do, or simply have too much going on, you understand what I mean. I was well into my thirties when I learned that I’m allowed to have limits—and honor them.

And then I had kids. They are not exactly designed to give a rat’s ass about my limits. All that work learning to say ‘no’ to clients and friends was impertinent to my new tiny bosses. I was back in the passenger seat of my time, my energy, and my sense of purpose.

I designed the Luminary Planner for people like me—who can’t see a path to sanity through the thickets of chaos and life demands. Who can’t even begin to get everything done. Personal aspirations? Creative projects? Three square meals a day, ideally not eaten over a sink? Forget it.

The practical principles that make the Luminary Planner so effective:

  1. Feeling ‘on top of things’ can’t wait until everything is done.

There will always be more to do—and frankly, we’re not wired for satisfaction. You are empowered to discern what ‘enough’ means to you by getting clear on your purpose and goals, realistic about your capacity, and intentional with your time.

  2. Your productivity hinges on the quality of your down time.

Most of us spend our down time anxious about what we haven’t gotten done today and what fresh hell tomorrow might bring—or numbing those thoughts in ways that don’t leave us feeling rejuvenated. True rest requires mental ease and the energy to spend the time well.

  3. Success isn’t just about what we do, but also what we don’t do.

Writing out ‘every little thing’ (the Luminary Planner’s first step) is about freeing up mental space. Selecting an intention, goals, and priorities for each day is about figuring out what will make the day a success—and realizing the answer isn’t ‘doing it all’.
